Art Soufflé can ship all products internationally. International rates vary dependent on the size of the piece, so are priced on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a tailored quote. VAT is not included in all product and shipping prices. Collection of purchase from Art Soufflé Gallery is free of charge, please contact the gallery to confirm collection date. We track all of our packages and will notify you by email as soon as your package has been dispatched with an estimated time of arrival. We aim to dispatch your purchase to you as quickly as possible and have a rough delivery estimate of 2-4 weeks. This is just a guide - some purchases will arrive sooner and others later. If you have particular time requirements, please contact us and we will do everything we can to get it to you sooner, although this cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure you provide an accurate email address so we can communicate with you on the status of your order. Many of our framed items are framed with glass. We take the utmost care to ensure they are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit, including tapeing the glass to ensure the artwork itself will not be damaged even if the glass breaks. Please note that Art Soufflé is not responsible for artwork damaged during delivery. If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of these tax and duties. We are unable to predict these costs so please contact your local customs office if you require further information. If you order more than one item from Art Soufflé the UK delivery charge may vary. In this case please contact us for a tailored quote. All online payments are processed through Paypal. If you would like to pay with your debit or credit card over the phone, please email us with your telephone number and we will contact you to take payment during gallery opening hours. Should you change your mind after purchase and wish to cancel please contact us immediately. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage). If you would like to exchange your purchase for a product of the same value, this can be arranged as long as the artwork is in the same condition it arrived in. You will be responsible for all the return postage costs. Please contact us for more details. All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.
